Explanations, Diagrams, Practice and Application
A series of highly informative, interactive and practical workshops that can last just 90 minutes or up to a day. Our team will come on-site (or we can go to a sports ground, hotel or into the open air!) and take a room full of your staff and actively engage them in the topic of your choice. We focus on three core areas: Succession, Communication and Innovation. As a rule we try not to ‘do PowerPoint’, so we bring our famous coloured pens and use a flip-chart, it’s quite different!
1. The Executive ‘Sheep Dip’ – inside the Generation Y mindset
Does your leadership team need an education in the mindset of Generation Y? We can take even the most skeptical business leaders and show them objectively the way in which the Generation Y mindset works and what it is based on. We’ll use real-time exercises and experiences to anchor these learnings so they can be recalled in future. A great entry point to create awareness.
2. The Naked BoxTM – empowering minds
Designed for Generation Y in the workplace. This 90 minute workshop will give them the tools they need to manage their career strategically using a simple framework we call the ‘Naked BoxTM’. Having mapped out the psychological contract between an individual and a company we can show the key break points in the relationship – and the key activities that individuals need to be doing around each point to progress. 3. Executive Leadership – internal corporate universities
We have previously been asked to design courses for internal leadership programs and to use them as a set of modular interactions in Corporate environments or Universities. For this sort of enquiry please contact the team.
